To date all of our component parts are manufactured in-house using our Star Sliding Head Lathes with multi axis power driven tooling well known throughout the industry for their reliability, precision & flexibility to machine even the most complex of parts.
Our machines encompass “lights out technology” giving us the added benefit of running our machine shop unmanned 24 hours per day and as such we have the ability to manufacture & supply precision turned components in high volumes.
We also have the capability to machine flanges to suit all of our V-Clamp profiles. Various styles can be machined and they can be supplied with a comprehensive selection of gaskets and seals to suit all applications.
